On December 28 the Festival Week of the New Group of World Servers culminates with the full moon in Capricorn at 5:22 AM EST - 10:22 AM GMT. Alice Bailey suggests that when the Capricorn full moon occurs within the seven year Festival Week there is an especially potent flow of energy into humanity. We will meet on Thursday evening, just before the actual time of the full moon.
