In Search of a New Religious Impulse   Matthew Reilly
The Alice Bailey writings suggest that the religion of the future will be based on a New Global Religious Spirit, The Process of Initiation and The Science of Invocation/Evocation.  While these last two seem some way off, are there signs of a rejuvenated religious spirit in some quarters and new approaches to the divine?  Could fresh thinking in the field of religion find resonance with 21C hearts and minds if presented in a credible manner?

Matthew is a student of history and the various strands of religion with a particular interest in “how human beings interpret different avenues to God.”

Astrology and the Revelation of Divine Relationships   A discussion with: Evangelia Tsavdari and Ted Capstick

“Space is an Entity!” The etheric body of this great Life is “the field of divine living activity of the indwelling Lives of the Universe…and…the factor which relates them is consciousness and nothing else.” True astrology is the study of this field of relationships through the awakening intuition.

Evangelia Tsavdari is a psychological astrology consultant with a background in History, Archaeology and social anthropology. She is a licensed mental health counsellor and a member of the Greek Counselling Association and the European Association for Counselling. Evangelia founded Panastron, an organisation created to promote the right perception and use of Astrology.

Ted Capstick trained as a mathematician and is a former Head of Finance for the National Health Service for North Wales. Ted became a professional esoteric astrologer in 2007. He is a long-standing member of the Theosophical Society, and a regular speaker at UK Theosophical lodges and summer schools.

Soumi Nandi is an architect and urban designer working in New Delhi. She is a consultant to organisations in this field of work and teaches as well as taking on individual projects.

Reason and Imagination: Building Images of a New World Society – Student Discussion with Bernie Rochford, Mayte Gomez and Carsten Hald

Through the illuminating energy of pure reason, ideas connected with the Divine Plan are revealed. They must then be stepped down through the creative imagination to help build the ‘images of the future’ that the New Group of World Servers are constructing in the cultural life of humanity. However, it is difficult to make an impression on a public consciousness that is already being constantly impressed from all directions by the image generating machinery of our glamoured modern societies. As the philosopher, Chiara Bottici, puts it: “We are so image-saturated that it has become increasingly difficult to create radically new images. This, in turn, is the consequence of a change in both the quantity and the quality of the images produced in our global epoch.”
